Ed Gorham was raised by wolves in suburban New Jersey . Despite this initial handicap (especially the early absence of opposable thumbs, which later developed), he has gone on to become a versatile guitarist. Although relatively new to the Syracuse music scene, he has been playing gigs in the New York City/New Jersey area since the age of 12. Ed has worked in jazz, rock, pop and blues bands as well as acoustic groups, as both a front man and a supporting musician. He has a passion for the musical intersection of blues, jazz and funk, as well as early Liza Minnelli recordings (OK, maybe not so much there).

He and his wife Angie have four beautiful daughters who crack them up constantly.
